- Browse to your BMP file on the USB drive
- Select and confirm
Setting Practice Name and Contact Info
On the same Region screen, set Hospital Information: practice name, address, and telephone. These populate automatically in report headers.
Troubleshooting
- Logo not displaying: Verify the file is actually BMP format, not a PNG/JPEG with a renamed extension.
- Stretched or blurry: Resize to exactly 400 x 400 pixels. Non-square logos need white padding.
- USB not recognized: Ensure FAT32 format. Windows: Disk Management > right-click drive > Format > FAT32 (for drives larger than 32GB, use Rufus at rufus.ie). Mac: Disk Utility > select drive > Erase > MS-DOS (FAT) > Erase.
- Not appearing on DICOM exports: Check Setup > DICOM Preset > Storage for institution information settings.
